Gabriela is a CYT, E-RYT200, E-RYT500 and YACEP certified Hatha, Vinyasa, KindHot Signature Series, Nidra, Restorative, Tao Yin, Adaptive, Healing and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor under the guidelines of Yoga Alliance. She is also trained in Pre/Post Natal, Kids, Teens, Seniors and Chair Yoga. Her love of Knowledge, Science, Philosophy and Literature in different languages opens her to whatever the Universe has to offer, Interweaving everything into Oneness and Interconnection.
Her Yoga Journey started years back as a complement to her Professional Cycling. Suddenly, she realized that Yoga became her way of life as she finds that Yoga keeps her balanced physically and mentally: a sound mind in a sound body. She empowers her students to take the journey inward. She gives her students the opportunity to explore their own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation in pursuance of accessing their true peace.
