Here’s a FAQ of the most common questions we hear about our Online Registration. If there’s anything we haven’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to ask. Hope to see you in the studios soon!

You can register on our website by clicking the “Sign Up” button next to each class. If you’re on the MindBody Online (MBO) app, or mindbody.io, click “Book Now.”

Once that is complete, you will be prompted to sign in or create an account with MBO. If you’ve taken class with us before, you do not need to create a new account – instead, click “Need New Password?” and enter the email address you signed up with. If you are having issues, please contact our support team!

Yes! If you are currently practicing with us or have taken a class at Kindness before, you already have a MBO account. Click “Need New Password” and enter the email address you signed up with. If you are having issues signing in, please contact our support team!

Nope! We recommend that you pre-register, especially during the busy winter months, but it is not required to attend class. We save walk-in spots for every class.

You can sign up for a class 30 days in advance.

Preregistration ends five minutes before class begins.

We get that life happens. To cancel, simply use the online app or site that you used to book your class. While we don’t charge a late cancellation fee, we do encourage you to cancel prior to the class to avoid a no-show penalty. For class packages and pre-paid drop-ins, that means losing the class. For monthly and annual memberships, a $5 no-show fee will be applied within 10 days of the missed class.

We do not accept verbal or voicemail cancellations in the studios.

If you wish to attend class using a donation-based drop-in, you’ll need to sign up in person at the studio since we have a limited amount of spaces reserved in each class for donation-based drop-ins. If you would like to secure your space in advance, you can register at the online drop-in rate on our rates page.
If it says 35 of 35 open, it means that 35 spaces are available to sign up online. There is a limited number of walk-in spaces reserved for every class.
If you can’t see the “Book Now” button, it means that class is full.
