Show Them You Care
It's as simple as giving them a call or sending a card. Letting them know that they're on top of your mind is what matters most. A favorite idea of ours is to send a card with your favorite memory of them written inside. It's a small gesture but it always means the world!
Take a Class Together
Another great way to spread Kindness is simply practicing together. Pick a class on the schedule or in the replay library that you both want to take and practice together. If you haven't signed up for our free trial, you can select that at check-out and get your first 3-classes free! Call each other up after the class to talk about your experience and catch up. We've heard from many of our students who enjoy doing this with their loved ones across the country and now make it a weekly habit and so can you!
Gift Them With Kindness Online
One of the difficulties with launching our online platform 6-months early is that we weren't ready for all the little things. But we're rolling with the punches. So while we don't have Kindness Online gift cards yet we do have a couple of ideas of how to gift the mother in your life with Kindness Yoga Online.
Create An Account for Them
If the mother in your life doesn't already have an account, create one for them and purchase 1-month of yoga for them to enjoy. You can email them their user name (email) and a password you created and tell them to enjoy! We've even made a special price of $19.95 for a 1-month subscription (Usually $29.95) to make spreading Kindness even more affordable.
(Remove your credit card information in the profile before you send it their way to make sure your card isn't accidentally used in the future).
Already A Subscriber?
If the mother in your life is already a subscriber then send them a card with a check (or venmo) for 1-month of yoga and tell them to rest and relax this month because they deserve it!
